Well, it’s official.  In exactly 1 week I’ll be in Uganda.  It seemed like such a long way away when I first started praying about this opportunity, but as usual, time flies.  For those of you who really know me, you know I am a work-a-holic. I have been working 2 jobs here in NYC for quite some time and I barely have time to breathe, let alone take time to reflect and prepare for this trip.  However I was fortunate to find 20 minutes for myself last week and I sat in complete solitude with the Lord.  I am searching for changes in my personal life and I believe that He is sending me on this trip for just such a change.  I have never been more open and willing to experience God’s goodness and direction for my life as I am right now.
